Controls toolbar icons invisible on dark backgrounds

Hi,
Experimenting with Kadence pro a bit.
I don’t know if the specifically related to kadence or just a general WordPress issue.
When selecting a color palette which has a dark page/site background color the block controls icons are not readable when editing a page. Only a white box where icons are supposed to be.
As a workaround I can enable the top toolbar but maybe it’s something that should be looked into.
