Mobile menu and modal question

Hi Ben & Team,
I launched this site today: *Login to see link and I just noticed the Legal and Privacy pages have no mobile menu. Both on default template.
Second question is about this page: *Login to see link
By now it’s loading fast without any caching. Congrats on that!
But… How many modals on a page are too much?
