[BUG] Mobile header settings does not stick

I try to change the logo width and Account icon format (to show icon only) on mobile header. After saving, the changes does not stick.
In this screen recording, I tried to set mobile logo width to 100 but when I refresh, the logo width is back to 160.
Same for icon format, I tried to change to Icon only from Icon + Label, but when I refresh after saving, the changes are reverted.
