Can't access default Check Out Page

Hi guys,
*Login to see link is my website. I can’t access the default checkout page. I can only use 3rd party paypal plugin for the payments. please advise where I made a mistake.
if I deactivate My payment gateway plugin, I can view the cart. after proceed to checkout button clicked, I get empty cart.
Please provide a solution for this issue ASAP.
