Smooth scroll with anchor…

I have a Kadence Info Box with a Link (“#section1”). And set the html anchor of a row to “section1”.
When I click on my Info Box no smooth scroll happens.
When I click on the link in my menu (#section1) it smooth scrolls to my section.
How can I set up smooth scroll to the section while cicking on the info box?
