First Item in Nav Menu Not Linked (Or Not Fully Linked)

I first noticed this when I tried adding “Home” to the Menu. As the first item on the left, it did not link at all. When I moved it to a different location on the menu, it then linked, but the new first item on the left, “Diagnostic Testing Services,” then did not fully link. I removed “Home,” but I can’t figure out why only half of “Diagnostic Testing Services” is working as a link. Nothing I could find on Google revealed any clues to this. Please advise.
