error in console when loadgin theme options

Hi, in this site *Login to see link we are getting errors 404 in the browser console:
[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) (jquery.qtip.min.js.map, line 0) *Login to see link
so no option page appears…
we check the file but no file in the directory, so, how do you think we can fix the issue?
