The following link has a pdf for visitors to click, complete, and submit. But the submit button is not recognized in Chrome. Do you have any idea why? I have been told browsers have changed the way they recognize fillable pdfs and most either ask you to open in Adobe Reader or download to complete. When you do either, everything works. I have all browsers on my computer set to open pdfs in Adobe Reader so it works for me. But submit button doesn’t work when trying to submit from url.

Is there something I did wrong when uploading it to the site? I am trying to figure out how to word instructions below link. You input appreciated.
