Add to basket button full width on mobile

Hi!
About the Add to cart/Add to basket button:
1. Can the button be made longer on mobile, tablets and desktops so the right edge of the button is in line with right edge of the product size fold down menu?
2. How can I change the colour of the Add to basket button?
Also wondering about the tabs and customs tabs – looks great on tablets and desktops, a little less so on mobile where they are stacked above each other. Can this be changed to another type of menu on mobiles?
