Saving and Updating hung up?

Good morning
I was in my account page for my eCommerce website working on it this morning and noticed the saving and the Updating is stuck now
Have been waiting for over 15mins and had to back out of the page
When I did something new to save it just still says updating and won’t let me save any longer
I am using the Shopping theme that comes free with Kadence, Thanks
