Tiles with entries – custom fields – how to show ?

Hello everyone,
I need to show an additional custom field (DATE FROM and DATE TO) on the tiles – which files need to be
modified to be able to add?
My project (adresses temporary): *Login to see link
I created a custom entry type with a date added. On the main page there are tiles with news and needs to add a date to them from the custom field – how to do ?
I attach a screenshot – it’s about “date from” and “date to” and if there is no date of creation of the entry.
Please help, I can pay for the modification of this item.
I can also provide login information for the back-end.
