Top align the mobile hamburger menu

I don’t see a setting for this, but is there some CSS I can use to top align (or at least move up) the hamburger menu that appears in my mobile header? I’m using a header background that makes the hamburger difficult to see in it’s default position whether I go left or right. Moving it up would solve my problem.
