No Pic in category listing

Hi all,
I have no clue what to google or where to hunt for this.
The site *Login to see link works fine. Pics and Text as expected.
But *Login to see link (and all other category listings) show no pic but “post_standard.jpg”.
How can I have the post’s Picture show instead of post_standard.jpg ?
