How do I create this block within a block look?

Hi there,
I didn’t really know how to search for this. Hence the new post.
I want to create a similar look to *Login to see link I.E. gaps on the top, left and right of the page.
In this case, it’s white block sitting on essentially a grey background. There’s some margin on the top, left and right.
I can’t seem to emulate this look in Kadence block. There’s doesn’t appear to be an option to add left and right margins at the row layout level.
Some assistance would be much appreciated.
