[BUG] Kadence Element showing up and disappears on page load

Hi there,
I set up the following element:
“Fixed Bottom After Scroll (no space below footer)”.
Scroll Down Distance till Appear: 300
When you click on different pages of the website, the infobar is showing up and disappers. When you scroll down it is showing up (perfect :)). Can you please fix that “flash” in upcoming updates please?
Another question: How can I make an sticky element, which the visitor can close with an X? And a cookie is set, so the user will not see the information again for a specific amount of days. For example: *Login to see link the Info bar at the bottom. Is this possible with Kadence Elements at the moment?
