Is Internet Explorer 11 supported in Kadence Theme?

Having done a basic layout using Kadence Theme and plugins by Kadence, I checked the site with Internet Explorer 11.
– Header colors changed… Fonts, links, background
– Header font changed (from Open Sans to Times New Roman, I think)
– Button styling changed/missing
– Mobile manu not working at all
– Search not working at all
– Footer styling also totally gone
There were problems with most plugins, so I disabled all of them. This didn’t help with the header or footer.
What is the level of backwards support there is supposed to be? Is this normal? Sorry I do not have a link right now because it’s behind credentials but it could be arranged.
I know that IE is an outdated browser, but 2-4% of our visitors still use it.
