Site header row on mobile: site-container and site-header-item adding spacing

Hi,
I am trying to setup padding for the mobile header row but it’s ignoring what I enter. Things are indented too much right now and I can see the site-container is adding spacing there but my mobile header row is set to full width. Also the site-header-item is adding margin-right of 10px. I can’t see any settings for this in customizer. Should these items be adding spacing to the header row on mobile and how can I adjust it as the logo appears extremely indented on mobiles.
