Is it possible to change the default margins – Kadence Row Layout block defaults

For my current design, I’m changing the margins to % amounts.
This means I have to tweak each row layout as I add it – or copy/duplicate a previous block.
Is there a way of simply changing the default 25 top and bottom to something of my own choosing?
