Form Block: Form ID, Timestamp, generated email

Nice easy form! A few questions:
1) Form ID – a unique ID is listed on the form entries summary page but not repeated on the view entry page. Can it be added here so all details are in one place.
2) Form ID – how do I find the ID on the form I have set up? And if I am using a form as a reusable block (I am) is the ID unique on each one or shared? The ID is more or less useful to me based on this.
3) Timestamp – currently shows date only. Can this display the time as well? We are attempting to have a standard time for responding, and need to know this detail.
4) The email that is generated is very neat and tidy, but does not contain the full details of the submission. Is there a way to control this email and the information that is included? Specifically time!
