How to remove starter templates header picture?

I used a starter template on my whole site which was a mistake. I managed to remove everything but I can’t remove the header image of the starter template in my category pages. It also seemed to affect something in the theme which makes the transparent header function not work. How do I remove it? I’m using pro version but they haven’t emailed me yet.
This picture only shows up in my category pages, and I can’t remove it.
