Reduce spacing between pagebuilder rows

I am setting up pages using pagebuilder. My issue is that I’m not able to reduce the spacing between the pagebuilder rows.
I believe this should have worked:
.panel-grid-cell .panel.widget {margin-bottom: 0px !important;}
but it does not have any effect.
