Product variation images not showing when a product has multiple attributes

I had a similar question a while back which you resolved for me (*Login to see link where I basically needed the image in the attribute and the variation in the product for it to show when the variation was selected.

I am now looking at a product which has a combination of variations, but I cannot get the image to show.

What I have done:
– Set an image for the product
– Set an image for one of the variations
– Set an image for all the attributes within that variation

You can see what I mean by selecting White, 12 bottles, Standard, Every Month – the image is kinda there but just a few pixels in size.

How can I get the variation image to show when there are multiple attributes?

Failing that, is it possible to align the product details to the left on a single product or category when the image is removed? All the info I have found suggests adding css to align left when an image isn’t present but a) I can’t get that to work with this theme and b) I need it only for this one product.
