Kadence Slider or Slider Block

Hello,
I have been looking at the Kadence Slider and the Advanced Slider Block. I want to verify whether either is responsive to desktop/mobile such that blocks used on the Advanced Slider Block, and text and buttons overlay on the Kadence Slider, resize according to the screen size? Is it typical to have to adjust these settings manually within sliders? I see that text in the slider block is not adjusting using the header block.
