I just built a new site (beverleycigarstore.com) for a client. The site worked fine until I pointed the nameservers from Weebly to Siteground (client wanted to keep his old site up until the new one was ready to launch). Now the mobile view is all sorts of messed up, but the desktop looks great. I’ve reached out to both Siteground and Kadence support and they each point the finger to the other. Can anyone help?
Issues with Mobile view (tested on both Android and iPhone)
– it removed the background image behind the welcome message on the home page “The Beverley Cigar Store in historic, downtown Staunton, Virginia.” First, it was a default image from the demo content, and when I removed that it’s now just a plain gray background. Why is it not using the background image I set up?
– “Shop Popular Categories” on the home page is overlapping on top of one another.
– The image behind the signup form “Just For You” is entirely blurry.
– removed the fonts I uploaded and reverted back to default fonts (fonts are supposed to be italiana and italianno)
Kadence support said that there are 404 errors meaning the images and fonts are not being found because it is still using the source of my the old host. Siteground said that it has to do with the theme development and that it’s not optimized for mobile…Basically, I’m not sure where to go. Thank you for any advice!
