Kadence Pricing Tables – Remove footer (payment button) from first column

Hi There,
We are using Kadence Pricing Tables and I am trying to create a table your “Comparison with Kadence Membership” table at the bottom of this page – *Login to see link That table does not have a payment button in the first column. I can find no way to remove the button in a single column… only a way to remove the buttons from all columns.
How do I remove the payment button from the first column?
