Issue displaying subscribe form in “above content title” hook for single posts

Hello, I am trying to insert a subscribe form below the posts title and meta on all of my single posts. I created an element and inserted it using the hook “above content title.”
I am having the following issue: I added a row layout and set it to max-width 650px. I then inserted a form block inside the row. However, whenever it displays on the single posts, the form is full width instead of picking up with max-width from the row container. What is going on here?
