Hi there,
We recently updated the version of WP to 5.6, since then the back-end of the site is not accessible and shows ”There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”. I’ve tried disabling all the plugins and enabling them one by one. The issue seems to be a conflict in between Virtue premium theme and WPML plugin. If I change the theme to a default WP theme or another third party theme, then the back-end is accessible even with WPML is in use. We have everything up-to-date, but not sure where the conflict is. The log shows issues related to memory, i’ve increased it up to 2gb and it doesn’t resolve. See below the log
