Starter template without plugins

Hi there,
I’m new to Kadence and love the work that you do here. I love your starter templates but I am specifically looking for something that is designed with Gute but without using Kadence blocks plugin. I love the plugin but I have an existing site on Genrateblocks and I don’t want to use two plugins for the same function.
So, do you have a starter template that is designed using the core Gutenberg (without using blocks or elementor plugins)?
