How to add TOP Bar in Kadence PRO Theme? similar to top bar PRINT STORE Demo G02?

I have been searching the forum and help files, and I can not find how to do it?
I am used to add a top bar in Pinnacle and Virtue, just with a click in theme options.
I tried uploading the Theme Starter Template GO2, but it didn’t create the Top bar, as shown in the demo.
