Modal block not showing up on selected page

I must be doing something wrong. I created a modal block on the member homepage. I followed the tutorial, But still doesn’t work. I want the popup to show up immediately when someone goes to that page. And I don’t want a link button to open modal. Your help appreciated ASAP.
