Form Block: set “from name” in email settings to be the form submitter’s name

I’m trying to figure out how to set the “from name” field in the email settings to be the “name” field from the form, but I’m not finding how to do that. I tried setting it to {field_1} but that didn’t work — the email I received from the form said “from {field_1}” instead of the name submitted in the form. None of the documentation I can find seems to address this at all.
