(Nitty gritty) Can I change the thickness of the underline in main navigation?

Getting into detail here.
For my design it would be awesome if I could reduce the thickness of the underline in the main navigation in the header.
The active page shows an underline. I like that a lot, but it doesn’t jive with the design.
Any suggestions?
