Change Social Share position in Portfolio Post

Hi there,
I’ve added the Simple Share plugin to my Virtue website but the position of the icons is not the best.
Cause I’m using different Portfolio Layouts and a different amount of text in the content, the icons are displayed in very different positions and some post are too close (I mean using double position “before” and “after” content).
There is a way to display it “before” and “after” the “main” content so they are displayed after the Post Title and at the bottom of the post “after the portfolio custom fields details”?
