Multisite installation seems to cause Advanced blocks to require Block Recovery

On multisite installations I notice that Kadence Blocks Pro, more particulary the advanced blocks like Advanced Button, Icon lists, Row Layout, etc.) require a Block Recovery Attempt if a non-administrator (e.g. a user with the role of Editor) has edited the content of such a block. If I am correct, on multisite installations HTML is extra filtered for non-administrators. Overriding this by allowing non-admins to add non-filtered HTML doesn’t seem to work (and shouldn’t be the solution).
