Image background sizing

Hello,
I’m trying to get the background image of my website ( *Login to see link ) to scale along with the size of the page. I’ve tried repeats, no repeat, etc. but nothing works the way I’d like. Here’s what i’m trying to model: *Login to see link (the leaves stay to the left and right regardless of the page size). Any tips on how to do this?
