Adding an ID to a block for particles

Hi,
Am wanting to create a block with an image background, some text as a heading then have particles over the background. I’ve tried various plugins, which either haven’t worked or broke Lighthouse performance because of their bad Java. This one seems good *Login to see link but, it requires adding an ID after I have created the JSON.
How can I add an ID to say a row layout ? I read in a support on the wordpress site for Kadence that the anchor setting on the row/layout can be used for ID ?
Any help, greatly appreciated.
