h3 title under image widget

Hello

I want to make the h3 smaller under the image widget. I thought adding this would so the trick
.widget-title .h3 { font-size: 10px; }
since I’m adding it within the attributes of the row itself, rather than the advanced settings. It did not. Can you help me with this?
