Topbar Icon Menu Settings

I would like to have the topbar icon menu centered. Also, for the location icon I would like to include the description “Kingsport, TN”. I have it typed in the description but it’s not showing up for some reason. It was working yesterday when I had it displayed by itself but now that I’ve added other icons, it won’t show the description.
