How to add box shadow on Scroll to Top button?

Customizing > General . Buttons
“Button Shadow” and “Button Hover Shadow” settings work for all buttons except the scroll to top button, which I don’t see any way to add a shadow for it. I have a “Subscribe” modal element button next to it with these settings, so the “scroll to top” button doesn’t match the site.
How to fix please?
