I’m having a bit of trouble with the default options for displaying the featured image, it takes up too much vertical space no matter what ratio I select (see first screenshot).

Choosing “narrow” on the layout seemed to be the only way to get around it; however, that is not what I want.

I tried to overwrite it with CSS but was unable to make it fit various image ratios and screen sizes. I’ve added another screenshot for how it should look more or less.

I realize that making website elements look nice in different resolutions is quite challenging, but I hope that maybe there is some setting or CSS tweak that could make this easier for me.
(I have the pro version of Kadence theme)
