Is there a way to get the Co-Authors Plus plugin to work with the Kadence theme?

Co-Authors Plus makes it possible to add guest authors without having to register a user account on the site. It’s a lot easier for me to add a guest author to a post with this plugin. Right now I’m able to assign a guest author to a post on the back end but on the front end it’s not displaying the correct author for the post.
