Lay-out email customizer not working when mail sent, preview is working.

Hi All,
Currently running in to an issue with the email designer where the mail that is sent does not meet the preview I made in the plugin. Did some research but cannot find a solution for it.
Please see the attached screenshots from the preview and actual mail. Hopefully someone can help me out. Using XStore theme.
