How to Make the Image Round

Hello,
I am having a hard time fixing the image as I wanted to make it round. The first image is in the edit page where you can see the image is rounded. the 2nd image is the actual live view of the image. I’m wondering why the image is still in rectangle. Can anybody help me how can i fix this?
