Staff Short Code layout glitch

I am using the staff short code
[staff_posts ratio=square columns=3 items=30 link=true]
on the team page and when someone views the page with the browser open to 1800px or wider it is showing 4 columns. which would not be an issue but if they then resize the browser smaller the staff items overlap.
