How to create a full screen video entry page - which loops last quarter of video

Hi all,

New to Kadence.
Most of the normal site building stuff I get.
But for this site, we need to create an “Entry” page – where when you type in the url, you land on a blank page that is playing a video.
The video is already created – it’s basically what looks like molten black liquid meeting water – and a logo is born – our logo, which then sits suspended in water with particles slowly floating by. We want the entry / landing page to play that video and then continue to loop the last part (logo suspended in water), no headers, no footers, only a subtle hamburger menu in the corner.

How does one achieve this? Can it be a background video? If so – how would you control where it loops?
Or would we need to use something like revolution slider and make it full screen?

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
