Space between menu and first Row Layout Block

Hello there,
I’m trying to figure out how to remove a space between menu and a first row layout block.
Page title disabled, Row layout block top padding zero, but the space do not disappear.
I cannot find any setting for menu padding to rectify the issue. Tried to add custom CSS I found on here, but none of them seems work. or may be I am placing them in a wrong section?
When the menu bar has a background color and a first Row layout block has a color background, there are a white space between Top menu and the first Row….
I’d super much appreciate if you could help and would be great to have a control panel for it in the future.

By the way, I’m using Kadence theme with Kadence blocks on offline local host to test & practice before publish the site online. so I can’t to send you a link to see. But The issue appears with brand new page with one Row layout block with images within.
