Kadence Slider Video “reloads” on safari

Hi everyone,
we have a Kadence powered Website with multiple videos, which are integrated via the Kadence slider plugin via the option “background video”. As mentioned, we have multiple videos with different encodings and everything works fine on all browsers and all OSs, except on safari. On safari the video plays for a very short while and then reloads and then plays through with no issues. But there is this reloading issue. Once again, on IOs with chrome or other browsers everything works fine. We don’t use a caching plugin of any kind.
