Add menu to custom header template?

I want to create a custom header design, using a Kadence element/template. I’ve created a template and set its placement to “replace header” – this works perfectly. I’ve added a “site logo” block to display the logo, but there does not seem to be anything similar to display the menu.
Is there a way to display my site’s primary menu inside of a Kadence element? Or would I be better of sticking with Kadence’s regular header builder? Any advice here would be much appreciated!
