Page and post titles set to capitalize each word…where can I override this?

So, I am working with a brand new installation of WordPress (right out of the box, and within a staging environment) using the Kadence”Hearts” starter template. It forces every word in post and page titles to be capitalized; there’s no way within the post editor to override it. I assume this is the result of a css text-transform:capitalize somewhere or other. Do I have to dig around in the css to find it, or is this something I can turn off in the settings? Or using the custom css box? Thanks!
