Where do Leads go with Kadence Conversions?

I know it’s a holiday weekend, I don’t expect a quick response.
Just purchased and installed Kadence Conversions. Not many help documents on the site.
I tried to set up a zap, Kadence doesn’t come up on zapier.
I feel like I’ve watched and read and clicked everything–but where do the leads go? I don’t see a spot to connect to my ESP.
